Our food and wine tour takes you over the rolling hills of the Province of Pisa in search of the real spirit of Tuscany.  A Tuscany with a deeply rooted agricultural, cultural and folklore heritage.  We have chosen only farms which produce top quality wine and extra virgin olive oil and which are sensitive to environmental issues.
