The villa’s interior is spacious and maintains an antique look with a touch of luxury. The villa offers a big living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor, whilst the first floor has a large relaxing area for guests and 4 bedrooms, three of which have bathrooms en-suite.

Outside the covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is suitable for dining al fresco. From the beautiful pool you can enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside.

The villa’s location makes it the ideal place for those keen to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature or for those keen to walk along the dirt roads or visit the many historical cities in this area.

IN THE AREA:

Ghizzano - is a small hilltop village, about 200m above sea level, not far from the Tuscan coast, in an area referred to as the’ Colline Pisane’ ( Pisan Hills). The surrounding countryside is rich of vineyards, olive trees and gentle hills. The landscape is gentle and the climate mild, thanks to the sea breeze.
